We require a credit card on file. You will not be charged as long as you attend your appointment. If you no-show, a $25 fee will apply.

Please complete the necessary paperwork on the E Slim client portal at least two hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
Your appointment will be over video, a link to the video call with be sent to you a few minutes prior to your appointment. Your provider will assess your health, discuss your goals, and determine the most appropriate plan for you.
Answer: At this time we do not accept any form of insurance. Insurance does not cover compounded medications. We do accept all major credit cards, FSA, HSA, and debit cards, and Venmo.
Answer: Semaglutide starts at 175$ for the first 6 weeks at the beginning dose . Tirzepatide starts at 275$ for the first 4 weeks at the beginning dose. This includes your consultation, medication, and shipping.

Answer: Once we confirm your payment was received, we will order your medication and it will be shipped directly to your doorstep. Please allow 7 days for the medication to arrive. Please be looking out for texts/emails from the pharmacy, they are responsible to providing you with your package tracking information.
